Our Mission in K–12 Education
 

The Academic Network, Inc. is committed to working with K–12 schools and school districts to develop and implement effective, equity-centered strategies for locating, recruiting, hiring, and retaining minority teachers, staff, and administrators. We recognize that diverse and representative school workforces are essential to student success, community trust, and long-term institutional stability.

Since 2006, we have conducted over 2,200 workshops focused on providing immediate and long-term strategies in exploring new and highly qualified talent.
